Up and running in minutes
Follow these four steps to connect AnnounceDock to your Discord server and send your first announcement.
Log in with Discord
Click "Login with Discord" and authorize AnnounceDock to access your account. We only read your server list — we never post anything without you.
Add the bot to your server
On the Servers page, click "Invite Bot" on any server you manage. You need the Manage Server permission on that server. The bot needs to be in the server before it can post.
Create an announcement template
Inside your server, go to Templates and create your first template. Give it a title, description, color, and optional image. Templates are reusable — create one per announcement type.
Send or schedule your announcement
Pick a template, choose the channel, and hit Send. Or use the Schedule tab to pick a date and time — and optionally repeat it daily, weekly, or monthly.
