Terms of Service

By accessing or using AnnounceDock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

AnnounceDock is a web-based tool that allows Discord server administrators to create reusable announcement templates and send them to Discord channels via a Discord bot. The service includes a free tier and a paid Pro tier.

To use AnnounceDock you must:

• →Have a valid Discord account that complies with Discord's Terms of Service.
• →Have "Manage Server" permission on any Discord server you manage through AnnounceDock.
• →Be at least 13 years old (Discord's minimum age requirement).
• →Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

You agree not to use AnnounceDock to:

• →Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content to Discord channels.
• →Violate Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Developer Policy.
• →Circumvent plan limits through technical means (e.g. sharing webhook keys).
• →Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without written permission.
• →Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
• →Use the service for any illegal purpose under applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

AnnounceDock offers two plans:

• →Free plan: Available at no cost with usage limits as displayed on the pricing page. No credit card required.
• →Pro plan: €9 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. Includes unlimited servers, templates, sends, and all Pro features.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to Pro, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services (Discord, Stripe, Vercel, Upstash).

AnnounceDock is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AnnounceDock, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. Your announcement content (templates, text, images) belongs to you. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• →We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• →Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• →We are not responsible for actions taken by Discord (including API changes, bot removal, or server bans) that affect your use of AnnounceDock.

You may stop using AnnounceDock at any time. To cancel your Pro subscription, use the billing portal in your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
